Well, actually I'm not a beauty.
But I do really care about my skin and hair and my whole body.
I know I might not have the rights to talk about these
because I'm not like popular or those very stylish pretty girls.
I just want to share what I did and whether it works :)
I want to talk about
HOW TO KEEP YOUR HAIR LONG?
You know most of my friends keep on say I have very long hair,
even strangers (I met one lol)
Actually it's quite frustrating
because I have issues on hair loss.
And lots of my friends complain their hair isn't long enough.

These tips did a very good thing.
I really love to keep my hair long but must be healthy,
especially after bath,
your hair, when it's dry,
that scent, really impress boys you know?
hehehheheheh.
So how to keep your hair healthy?
#1 Shower you hair with cold water
At first I was like.. I really like those relaxing hot bath!
but you know, our hair is made out of protein.
And when protein "meets" heat,
it will damage happens to your hair.
So I started using cold water for about 2 weeks,
I can actually feel the changes that my hair isn't that rough anymore.
But actually it's not necessary.
It really depends on your hair texture,
so do read this website so you could think what's the temperature to wash your hair.

#2 Use the right product
Ask some hair experts or you can go to your fav salon,
ask some suggestions and stuffs.
If once you apply the product and you feel that it doesn't suits you,
never use it again and find until it really suits you.

Hmm, I like this very much because of the mint scent and it really smoothen my hair.
But this come with the whole pack of Shuang Hor stuffs.
It's popular on like lingzhi products, healthy herbs, protein and stuffs.

For conditioner, I really like and totally recommend Caviar.
I bought it from Cosway.
Once I applied it on my hair,
the hair is instant smooth and also has very nice scent,
it sort of smell like Macadamia!
PS: my signature shampoo did impressed my boyfie hahaha!
#3 Trim your hair! Get rid of those split-ends!
Trimming your hair to get long hair?
Yes! With those splits, your hair follicles become weak and begin to break.
Have a hair cut for a half inch or an inch for 6 to 8 weeks.
It will make your hair grow more than it usually will.
#4 Eat more protein food
I never really tried this,
but from young my mom let me drink protein,
like protein powder put into water?
Yeah, and I didn't really realise that my hair grew long because of that.
But it might be true!
As I said, our hair is made out of protein!
But I'm really not sure.

#5 Differentiate comb and brush!
Ever wonder why they have so many types of comb and brushes in the salon?
Well, each comb have their own "speciality"
The wide-toothed comb.
This is a comb for like wet hair.
But make sure your hair isn't wet like it still drips water.
This comb helps to entangled your hair knots.
After that,
when your hair dries, you can use the brush!
Or you can use the mouse-tail comb.
(I can't really remember which animal's tail they use lol)
But please don't brush to hard because your roots might break,
and you have hair loss.
After entangled those knots,
you shouldn't have the problem to comb your hair in one straight when it dries.
If you do, entangled it by using your hand,
but don't just comb it by force.
#6 NEVER EVER AIR DRY
We have hairdryer for reasons.
HAIRDRYER. Get it?
If we leave our wet hair for air dry,
your hair will be very dry and lack of water.
And you might have a shoulder pain,
because the water will slips in your shoulder skin and into your bone.
And also a headache.
So use the hairdryer,
but we do not put the hairdryer to near to our roots,
because too much heat will also damage it.
PS Sounds a lot of trouble right? hahaha
#7 DRINK MORE WATER!
Your body needs it.
If your body lack of water,
the first thing it shows is on your hair.
Your hair will feel dry and rough,
and you really feel like cut all your hair away!
#8 Don't flip your hair
You know, when you want to dry your hair with a towel?
You will bent down and flip your hair to dry it?
NONONO.
It will only damage your hair.
Our hair has a fix shape if you don't really "un-shape" it on purpose.
And with the towel rubbing on your hair?
It also will damage your roots.
Well, the correct way,
You should have a soft towel, like those rubbery ones.
That are the towels to dry your hair.
Rub it gently, squeeze gently to let the water sucked in the towel.
Or you can use an old t-shirt.
Well, that's all the tips I know,
and you can get sparkly, smooth, long hair!
Well, I made my research from the internet,
and these are my opinion that it works for me,
and you might be different!
So find ways that suits your hair if my tips doesn't suit you.
